Course Description:
This course will explain the basics of Short Sales in today’s market. It will cover the dynamics of the players involved with the process.
From pre-qualifying a Seller and marketing a Short Sale property to speaking to Loss Mitigation and preparing Buyers,
the course will provide a foundation to Realtors of the true expectations involved in building their business in a short sale market.

Fee:
The fee is $149.00, which includes course material. No refund or credits will be given for the return of course material at the end of the class.
If replacement course material is needed, a fee of $39.00 will be charged.

Attendance Requirements:
This is a live correspondence course. You will be required to attend at least 90% of the course.
Attendants are expected to arrive on time at the beginning of the course and after each break.
Any absence of more than 13 cumulative minutes will cause for the attendant to not be allowed to take the final exam, therefore,
not complete the course. Upon written request, attendant may return to the next offering of the course for no charge,
but will still be expected to be present for 90% of that day’s course. There is no time limit for completion of the course.

Identification Requirements:
The Commissioner’s Regulation 3007.05 Forms of Identifications will be strictly enforced. This requirement states the following:
| | A participant shall present one of the following forms of identification immediately before admittance to a live presentation of an offering or, immediately before the administration of the final examination for a correspondence offering: |
| (a) | A current California driver’s license. |
| (b) | A current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code. |
| (c) | Any identification of the participant issued by a governmental agency or a recognized real estate related trade organization within the immediately preceding five years which bears a photograph, signature, and identification number of the participant. |
| Students will be required to present identification before the course as well as before the final exam. |

Final Exam:
A Final Exam consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions will be administered at the end of the course. The exam will be closed-book. A period of 25 minutes will be allotted for the exam. A minimum of 70% is required to pass the course.

Cancellation Policy:
We will refund 100% of the fee for a pre-paid course. We must be notified in writing (via email or fax) no later than 24 hours after the
scheduled course. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the course material.
